Adds a Feed option that works like Give but that filters out non-food items when interacting with pets. Also a allows for feeding pets raw equipment.

同梱のItemList.txtを編集することでアイテムのハイライト・フィルタリング表示を可能にする。
- 設定0：デフォルト。ハイライト・フィルタリング無し。
- 設定1：ItemList.txtで1に設定したアイテムを青字でハイライト表示。
- 設定2：ItemList.txtで1以上に設定したアイテムのみフィルタリング表示。

Reload the ItemList.txt file, used to enable hilighting and filtering for items.
