ドライバの入手

Windows Updateのドライバは基本機能しかサポートせず、EAX等が無効になるので導入しないことをオススメ。ドライバはクリエイティブ公式ドライバの他に、非公式ドライバとして、daniel_k氏のSupport Packとrobertmc8氏のPAXがある。

警告：付属のドライバはWindows8/7/Vistaで2GBのRAM（メモリ）をサポート。
2GBを超えるメモリが搭載されている場合、音の問題が発生したりシステムがランダムにクラッシュします。
Windows XPの32ビット版と64ビット版には影響はありません。

Windows10を1903にアップデートした際に音が出なくなる場合

クリエイティブ社のページから「Audigy RX」のドライバをダウンロードして解凍します。
解凍フォルダをAudio→DriversWin10→wdmと辿り、「wdma_emu.inf」を右クリックからインストール。再起動します。

Creative ALchemy

Windows VistaでDirectSound3Dを使うゲームをプレイする際に必須のユーティリティ。
Vistaで廃止されたDS3DをOpenALに変換することで3Dオーディオなどが利用可能になる。
X-Fi用は無料、Audigy用は有料（$9.99）→無料になるようです。正式版はソフトウェア処理カードにも対応。

さっきOSのアプデしたら5.1ch出力できなくなって苦戦したんだけど、上のWindows10を1903にアップデートした際に音が出なくなる場合ってやつ試したら復活しました！ちなみに公式からSBA5_PCDRV_L11_3_01_0056B.exeをダウロードしてwdma_emu.inf使いました。いつの記事かわからないけど書いてくれた人ありがとう！ -- 2022-08-05 (金) 01:09:08
