　近接・遠隔武器攻撃を命中させた際、与えたダメージのうちphysical属性の値の〇%分Lifeが回復する。
　ただし、難易度Nightmareでは吸収量が1/2に、Hellでは1/3に減少するペナルティがかかる。

　手にした武器で攻撃を行うビルドにとってはとてもありがたい効果。
　物理攻撃の与ダメージが低い序盤戦ではそれほど効果的ではないが、終盤戦においては一発で数十ものLifeが回復するため、耐久力向上と[[ポーション>Healing Potion]]節約の両面において有用。必ず取得しておくべき効果である。
　ちなみに吸収するLifeの割合は「この効果を持つ装備品の吸収％を全て合算して算出」するが、計算式にもあるように難易度によるペナルティや敵の物理レジスト、吸収相手の[[Drain Effectiveness]]に左右される。

　一方、武器による攻撃を行わない純キャスター系ビルドや、[[Lightning Fury]]や[[Freezing Arrow]]のような武器に付加した属性ダメージが主力のビルドではこの効果は全く（ほとんど）助けにならない。それらのビルドで本体にLife回復手段が欲しい場合は、[[Life After Each Kill]](LAEK)を重視すべきである。
