AssassinのTrapにGriffon's EyeやRainbow Facetの
- XX% to Enemy Lightning Resistance + XX% to Lightning Skill Damage
は効果がありますか？

ありません。
名前に「～ Sentry」「Wake of ～」が付く設置型Trapは「手下」として扱われ、属性ダメージ修正効果は一切及びません。上記の修正効果は装備した本人が直接行う属性攻撃にしか働きません。
ところが、属性ダメージ加算効果の方は、実際には効いていないにもかかわらず、ステータス画面のダメージが加算分込みで表示されてしまうため注意が必要です。
ただし、本体が直接投げるFire BlastとShock Webにはアイテムの修正効果が実際に機能します。
