解説・用途

・Unique Property

Condemned enemies also trigger Condemn's
explosion and the damage of Condemn is increased by [600 - 800]%.

Condemnの爆発を受けた敵(1体)から、追加で爆発が発生するようになる。
Condemnのダメージが600-800%上昇する。
patch2.1で再設計された。

patch2.7.7(Season30)の全クラスバランス調整でLegendary Powerをトリガーする対象の敵の数が2体から1体に変更された。
実のところPushingにおいてPhalanxのルーン選択の主流となっているShield Bearers前提だと殆ど戦力は低下していない。
開発側がPTR2.7.7時点でCrusaderのPushingてはAkkhan Condemn Phalanxが1歩抜けていることを認識しつつ、強化倍率の数値自体は低いAkkhanではなく関連Legendary側で微nerfを施した上手い調整と言える。
