解説・用途

・Unique Property

reducing the remaining cooldown of one of your skills by 1 second when you slay an enemy.

敵を倒すと、自分のスキルのうち１つのクールダウン時間が1秒短縮される。

初代Diablo、DiabloⅡでも登場したシリーズ皆勤賞武器、かつての英雄Aidanが使った事が示唆されている。

敵を倒すことで発動するためObsidian Ring of the Zodiacが適用されなかった
リソースを消費しない代わりにクールダウンのあるスキルも連発が可能になる。
