敵をFear状態にさせた際、移動速度が4秒間45–60%加速する。

下限ですら+45%という上昇値が設定されており、
更に別途Sprintなどの移動速度アップスキルを使うと爆速で走りまくれる。
如何にFearを撒くかが職によっては難点となってしまうが、
例えば馬場ならThreatening ShoutのTerrifyで強制Fearが可能。
低Tの箱RUNなどに役立つだろう。
