Mechanic/Rat Hunting

Hello. You know, a few days ago I caught myself thinking that Tarkov had somehow become... quieter. At least for me. Then yesterday I realized that feeling was misleading.

Someone's been deliberately jamming signals in my area of operation. I don't like it, but I don't want. to scare them off just yet. You understand why, they could always come back with something more sophisticated. So first I'm going to try a little trick to work around the jammers without alerting whoever's behind them. To do that, I'll need a few components... Here's the list.
