It also works fine with Earth Prayers and Mysticism with +2 runes. Lots of hp will be lost, but with the Earth Magic spells and Mystic Regeneration you will be able to stay alive quite well. It is up to you.

Equipment

Scythes should be enchantments +20% but works fine with any hp+30 max scythe.

Usage

Use Faithful Intervention once you enter the area, then use Avatar of Balthazar followed by Stoneflesh Aura.
Once you have cast Stoneflesh Aura, run to the right where the large grouping of insects are. Aggro all the groups in the area and use Mystic Regeneration.
Try and target Veldt Beetle Queens first. If you kill everyone else first and leave them it will be a hassle trying to kill them solo.
Once surrounded use Sliver Armor. Remember to re-apply all skills once they wear off.
There will be no need to apply Avatar of Balthazar once it is used up.
Vital Boon, Chilling Victory and Victorious Sweep should only be used when you have enough energy so you will not run out and not be able to reuse one of the major healing/protecting spells.
The monkies, Tusked Hunters and Tusked Howlers, can be found on the left most side of the map or north of the respawn point. Killing them can be treated the same way as the insects, but they will give you bleeding and sometimes interrupt you. Also they sometimes are not close to each other when the battle begins, making Sliver Armor not as effective. Sometimes running around the group a bit makes them get closer together, but not always.
