Equipment
Use Executioner's Helmet with full Plated. Full Survivor Insigia, Rune of Minor Vigor,
Rune of Minor Tactics. Rune of Major Absorption, Rune of Superior Absorption.
Use PvP with earth mod, Axe Grip of Enchanting, and Inscription "Strength and Honor".
For the shield use a PvP Tactics shield with a Shield Handle of Fortitude, and Inscription"Luck of the Draw".
Usage
This build is mainly for GvG, for example (you could put recall on a monk, then if you have low energy or health just double tap the icon.)
Counters
The fact that Recall gives you -1 energy regeneration.
Disease
Weakness/Blind
Variants
Flurry or Flail can replace Frenzy.
Notes
I hope you guys like this one better then Raging Bull, even though i enjoy that one.
