keyconfig.xpiを持ってくる
例えばhttp://extensionroom.mozdev.org/more-info/keyconfigより
thunderbirdで
tool->extension
でxpiプラグインをインストールし再起動

tool->keyconfig
で設定が可能

から、
exteditor_v***.xpi（***はバージョン名)
をダウンロードする
thunderbirdで
tool->extension
で上記のxpiプラグインをインポートし、再起動する
