10月8日頃、多数のボットアカウントを制限する過程で、一部のアカウントが誤って対象として判定され、意図せずゲームへのアクセスが制限される事象が発生いたしました。
結果として、誤って制限されていたすべてのアカウントの制限は、10月12日午後6時（日本時間）に解除されました。
突然ゲームにアクセスできなくなったことで、どれほど動揺し、混乱されたか、私たちはよく理解しております。ご迷惑をおかけしたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。

影響を受けたプレイヤーの皆様がプレイできなかった期間に対するお詫びとして、対象となるプレイヤーの皆様にゲーム内メールボックスを通じてささやかですが補償をお送りいたしました。
今後は、同様の事案が再発しないよう、調査および検証の手順において、より一層の注意を払ってまいります。

''&#128226;Notice Regarding the Removal of Incorrect Account Restrictions and Compensation''

During the process of restricting a large number of bot accounts around October 8, some accounts were incorrectly flagged, resulting in unintended game access restrictions.

As a result, all incorrectly restricted accounts had their restrictions lifted on October 12 at 18:00 (KST).

We understand how upsetting and confusing it must have been to suddenly lose access to the game, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

As a token of our apology for the time affected players were unable to play, we have sent a small amount of compensation to eligible players through the in-game mailbox.

Moving forward, we will take greater care in our investigations and verification procedures to prevent similar incidents from occurring again.
