1992 - 2001: Planned, produced and hosted performing art works for Toru Iwashita, Asuka Kaneko, Kim Itoh, Mazue Mizushima, Yukihiro Iso, Boris Charmatz Company, Ohiro Minato, Makoto Enda, Tsuyoshi Shirai, Mariko Okamoto, Hirohisa Ohta, Yumiko Tanaka, Yoshiko Kanda and others.
2002 - 2006: As a part of “Niwasaki Misemono” (Shows in the Garden)Projects, presented “Dance Performance!” on a water-bus at Asahi Art Festival (2002-2004); performers include Natsuko Tezuka, Setsuko Yamada, Yukiko Amano, Mikako Arita, Zan Yamashita, Shigemi Kitamura, Mayu Takagi, Onoderan, Tsuyoshi Shirai, Hohodo, and also presented performance by Abe “M”ARIA at the Contemporary Art Factory Gallery Exhibition. Rakuno-Kai also directed a “Nakaniwa(courtyard) Dance Performance” at the International Triennale of Contemporary Art, “Yokohama 2005”; performers include Yun Myung-Hee, Natsuko Tezuka, BOKUDESU, Megumi Kamimura, Abe “M”ARIA, Mayu Takagi, King-yo, Kumi Nakamura, Shin Iha, Minami-Karasuyama Dancing All Nighters.
RAKUNO-KAI was founded in 1992 to promote and disseminate art culture. It has earned a good reputation for its activity by continuously hosting unique performances. In 2002, the organization started “Niwasaki Misemono”(Shows in the Garden); a project to support art-related local activities. RAKUNO-KAI has maintained a pioneering and experimental spirit since its foundation.
:Niwasaki Misemono (Shows in the Garden)Project's “Dance Performance!” will be held on a tourist boat while plying the Sumida River at Asahi Art Festival 2007.
