The file under the edit is browsed by Web a browser etc.

The file name under the edit is passed to the application (Web a browser etc.) related to the file under the edit through the shell of Windows and it opens.
It is not possible to open when there is no related application.

It uses it to browse by Web a browser while editing the HTML file in the Sakura-Editor.
Moreover, it is possible to do if it is thought that the script is executed.
I might be able not to want to do.
Anything might not happen.
Everything depends on the setting of the relation of Windows.

Example:

• hogehoge.html --> Open by Internet Explorer
• readme.txt --> Open by Sakura-Editor (Anything doesn't happen.)
