Drag & Drop from Icon

It is possible to become a drop origin by dragging the icon of the title bar like the Explorer.
It is possible to copy a file by dropping the folder and desktop, etc.

Note:
It is a file of the preserved state that is copied. Therefore, the content under the edit is not copied.
Please drag & drop it after it preserves it when you want to reflect the update.

Hint:
When the window in the Sakura-Editor is dropped, the file name is inserted in the cursor position.
On the other hand, when the note pad etc. are dropped, the content of the file is displayed.
The application mounting on the received side is controlled, and try variously, please though what operation you do when dropping it doesn't know.
