Line Selection

1. The line is selected with the mouse.

When "Copy" is done in a no selective state, the entire turn line at the cursor position is copied onto the clipboard.
When "Cutout" is similarly done in a no selective state, the entire turn line at the cursor position is cut out (It is the same , saying that "The line is cut out").
That is, after it copies it onto the clipboard, the entire line is deleted.
