Split/Joint Vertical

Present edit window split/joint up and down.
It is possible double-clicking (division release) and to be the drug (division position change) of the division bar in the mouse while divided.
The division switch in the length scroll bar is double-clicked with the mouse while not divided (Divide at the center) or it is possible to divide even in case of the drug (division position change).
