The capital letter of an alphabetic character, a Russian character, and a Greek character in the range of the selection is converted into the corresponding small letter.
It acts on the capital letter of em-size and normal-width.

Example:
"Ａ" --> "ａ"
"A" --> "a"
"ａ" --> "ａ" (No converted)
"a" --> "a" (No converted)
