Zen+Han-Hiragana to Zen-Katakana

The Japanese syllabary character within the range of the selection is converted into the em-size katakana as much as possible.

• The one-byte katakana is converted into the em-size katakana.
• The em-size hiragana is converted into the em-size katakana if convertible.
• The Japanese syllabary sign is converted into the em-size katakana sign if convertible.

Example:
"半角ｶﾀｶﾅ" --> "半角カタカナ"
"ひらがな" --> "ヒラガナ"
"全角カタカナ" --> "全角カタカナ" (Not converted)
