Zen+Han-Katakana to Zen-Hiragana

The Japanese syllabary character within the range of the selection is converted into the em-size hiragana as much as possible.

• The one-byte katakana is converted into the em-size hiragana.
• The em-size katakana is converted into the em-size hiragana if convertible.
• The Japanese syllabary sign is converted into the em-size hiragana sign if convertible.

Example:
"半角ｶﾀｶﾅ" --> "半角かたかな"
"全角カタカナ" --> "全角かたかな"
"全角ひらがな" --> "全角ひらがな" (Not converted)
