ヘルプ翻訳版の作成について

残念な事にFuture Pinballを用いてピンボールの開発・シミュレーションを試みる事は日本ではまだあまり行われていません。日本でのFuture Pinballの普及のため、ヘルプファイルを翻訳して少しでも多くの方にFuturePinballに触れて貰おうとするのがこのページの目的です。

具体的な方法

ヘルプファイルは複数のHTMLファイルと画像ファイルを一つのファイルにまとめ、コンパイルして作られています。これをデコンパイルし、もとのHTMLファイルと画像ファイル、そしてCSSファイルに還元した後、それを直接編集することでヘルプファイルを翻訳することができます。

ここにあるKeyToolsというツールを用い、ヘルプファイルをデコンパイルすることが出来ます
以下が翻訳する必要のあるファイル名のリストです。これらの全てのファイルをテキストエディタで開き、タグの部分を覗いた英文を全て翻訳した後、そのファイルをコンパイルし直すことで、日本語版のヘルプファイルが作成できるのです。

文字セットについて

全てのHTMLファイルは文字セットがISOになっており、このため日本語を記入してブラウザで確認すると文字化けします。これを回避するため、全てのHTMLファイルの5行目あたりに書いてある

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1">
という行を

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=Shift_JIS">
に書き直す必要があります。
