- An improvisation-based workshop for exploring the unpredictable potential of our bodies through the changes in our spatial awareness, our breathing and the passage of time.
:20 participants - A dance lesson for increasing physical intensity. Each participant receives personal instruction on developing greater body sensitivity through dance basics, then repertory works, and finally, improvisation.
