2002: Received the National Advisory Panel Award on the Yokohama Platform at the Rencontres Choregraphiques Internationales de Seine-Saint-Denis.
2003: Received the Excellent Work Prize at the competition sponsored by SPAC Dance Festival 2003 and the Next Generation, Choreographer Award and the Audience Award at Toyota Choreography Award 2003.
2005: Received both The Asahi Performing Arts Award, and The Kirin Dance Support Award.
