1999: Toured “Sisyphos” in Greece as part of the 100th anniversary celebration of friendship between Japan and Greece.
2000: Toured “ABSENT” to England, France and Hungary, and to Germany for the Japan Year in Germany celebration.
2002: Toured “ABSENT” to the U.S.A. and “Standing On the Brink” to Germany （in WDA）.
2003: Toured “Back to Back” to Austria and “Standing - Akai Kami ”
（Standing - Red Paper） to Hungary.
2005: Toured“Gesicht und Geschichte Face and Phases” to Germany and Finland.
2006:　Toured“Gesicht und Geschichte” to Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, and Germany.

Founded by Noriko Kumagai and Nakao Ikemiya in 1992, Dance Company Nomade~s often tours and gives workshops in Japan and overseas. The company’s works are explorations of the human body’s full potential and are made possible through the contributions of dancers of exceptional ability. Years of performance experience around the world have brought a depth and richness of scale to the works of Dance Company Nomade~s. The group continues to stretch the boundaries of dance, always searching for an expressivity that applies to the present and questioning the significance of presentation and the necessity of art. They also produce dance-based work for Studio Brick-one.

Dance Company Nomade~s hopes to arrange company and solo performances and workshops in various venues in Japan, including non-theater spaces, and to produce regionally-aware work while respecting the production process with local theater staff.
