Company established February 22nd 2003.
June 2004: "MANATU-no-CHUSHINGURA" at SESSION-HOUSE in Tokyo （Event Participant: Teturo HATTORI）.
June 2005: "THEATER 21･FES SP vol.1《FURITUKEKA-no-SHIGOTO》" at SESSION-HOUSE in Tokyo.
August 2005: Participated in Tokyo Performing Arts Market 2005.
September 2005: "LUCKY BINGO PROJECT" at SESSION-HOUSE in Tokyo （Event Participant: Teturo HATTORI）.
January 2006: Main performance "PIPIPIPI･･･JUWAWAHNN" at NAGOYA YOUTH FESTIVAL at NAGOYA-city HIGASHI PLAYHOUSE.
April 2006: Performed "Afterimage 1st PINCH Shut Up, Or the Noodle Will Get Soft" at ASUNAL HALL in Nagoya.
August 2006: Performed "Afterimage 2nd PINCH Shut Up, Or the Noodle Will Get Soft" at Komaba Agora Theater in Tokyo.

Afterimage was founded 3 years ago and is comprised solely of young men averaging 22 years of age.
Our primary performance area is Nagoya, in Aichi Prefecture. 　
Our performance works are designed for the following purposes: to create movements stimulated by media to establish a society where dancers can make a living by performing to deliver moving and joyous performances which bring the audience to an emotional climax and to stimulate all 5 senses.

Our primary activities derive from our regular performances in Nagoya. We also perform in Tokyo, Yokohama, Osaka and Northern Kyushuu, etc., where we interact with local artists and infuse these experiences back into our regular performances in Nagoya. We plan to pursue projects with other artists and use workshops to expand our activities. Our goal is to promote Japanese culture in a community setting, thereby further developing Afterimage.
