ルール
- 隣人に見つかると追尾され、一定距離まで近づかれるとゲームオーバーになる。
- マップには壺やサッカーボール、消化器、(ガソリン)などのアイテムが落ちており、窓を割る・隣人を気絶させることに使用できる。長押しで力を溜めて投げることができ、力が溜まっているほど遠くまで投げられる。
- 走るとスタミナのバーを消費して高速で移動できる。スタミナは時間経過・ハンバーガーの摂取で回復する。
- ベッドの下に隠れることができる。
隣人
- granny(おばあちゃん)は都市部に一人で暮らしているアメリカ人*1の高齢女性で殺人の疑いがある。銀髪で目は青い。前髪をオールバックにしており、後ろ髪はフロントトップでお団子にしている。赤と白のポルカドットのワンピースと帽子を身につけている。neighbor familyにも登場している。cherlnobyl neighborにも同じデザインの女性が登場するか、目の色が違うことと、チェルノブイリにいることから違う人物であると思われる。
彼女は銃や爆弾などの武器の販売を行ったり、中年女性を毒殺して死体を地下室に隠していたことが判明する。逃走を計画するが、主人公により車や通信衛星を焼却され、失敗に終わる。最終的には主人公によって毒を入れられたピザを食べて倒れる（おそらく死亡）。neighbor familyに登場する息子も殺人犯である。
- 隣人に見つかる(条件は不明)と追撃BGMが流れ、こちらに向かって走って来る。一定の距離まで近づかれると捕まり、ゲームオーバーになる。
- 隣人にオブジェクトを投げて当てると6秒ほど気絶させることができる。
- 隣人は階段以外の場所で段差のある場所に移動することができない。窓の乗り越え、一定の高さ以上の家具への乗り降り、高所からの落下により、隣人から逃げることができる。
- 隣人の初期位置・動き方には約6通りのパターンがある。(後述)
- 部屋や家の外周を巡回するように動き、定期的に立ち止まる。一定の規則に従って動いていると思われる。

家は全部で10軒立っているが主人公の家と隣人の家以外には入れない。真ん中には道路がある。道路の行き止まり表示や草によってマップの外に出ることはできない。
天気は曇りで弱い風が吹いている。地面は芝生で覆われている。おそらくアメリカの都市部だと思われるが、詳細は不明。
隣人の家
3階建てで地下室がある。現在家の広さを推定中。画像添付予定。部屋の数は全部で16個ある。
自分の家
一階建で出入り口が2箇所ある。現在広さを推定中。画像添付予定。

バグ
- たまに地面の下に落ちてしまうバグがあり、再起動する必要がある。
- 隣人をマップの端で気絶させると、マップの端に向かって走り続けるバグがある。(5分以上持続を確認。)隣人から離れても追撃BGMが流れ続ける。
このバグを意図的に起こすことでゲームの難易度を下げることができる。
