This build relies on the damage-dealing enchantments of the Dervish, combined with the synergy of Aura of Displacement with Mystic Sandstorm. It can be used for pressure as well as taking out moderately armored targets.

Equipment
Full Radiant armor is probably the best choice.
Use any convenient focus off-hand.
Highest Vigor rune possible.
Rune configuration is not suggested to be perfect, try your own variants.
Usage
Find a suitable target for your spike. Closely packed groups are the best choice.
Begin with Mystic Corruption and jump in using Aura of Displacement
Follow up using your enchantments. Preferrably Aura of Thorns first, for it will keep your enemy in range.
Use Mystic Sandstorm to finish your spike, triggering Aura of Displacement to - hopefully - get you out of the fray.
When under heavy fire, cast Natural Healing. Note that it is wise to only use it while you have no enchantments.
Counters
E-denial. The build is pretty energy-intensive.
Disabling Mystic Sandstorm.
Variants
Use Dark Escape in your optional slot.
Deadly Paradox for its synergy with Feigned Neutrality.
Any damage-dealing enchantment can be used. Consider Using Mirage Cloak at the start of your spike, protecting you while you perform it.
Mystic Twister has been suggested.
