The Cultist Bomber uses the skill Cultist's Fervor to further increase the, already high and armor ignoring damage, done by the already existing Dark Aura bombers.

Augury of Death is an option.
Shadow Refuge for more survivabilty.
Dash for a temporary speed buff.

Replace Blood Renewal with Life Siphon.

A Sword/Axe of Enchanting.
A Blood Magic Focus.
Usage
Keep Cultist's Fervor, Dark Aura and Blood Renewal up during battle.
Use Siphon Speed against running/kiting opponents.
Spam Jaundiced Gaze and Blood of the Aggressor, but be careful to not get your health too low.
Stay close to your targets, as both Jaundiced Gaze and Blood of the Aggressor aren't touch skills. You can easily do this by attacking the opponent, since a melee weapon is used.
