JIS code of the mail text is converted into Sjift-JIS.
The common setting Japanese JIS code to which it is in the header of mail and is encoded MIME also does the decipherment in "File" Property regardless of the state of the check of "The decipherment does the header to which MIME was encoded when the file is opened" and it converts it into Shift_JIS.
