elevator
All stations have an elevator passage that connects the exit to the platform floor through the ticket gate. The number of the elevator exit is shaken as "A00".

In addition, in order for our customers to use it safely, we use reliable Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Hitachi products. The service life of elevators is 20 years at the longest. I have regular check-ups every two weeks.

Platform doors installed

Full-screen platform doors have been installed at three stations with large numbers of passengers: Kyona Central, Beijing Naxin Center, and Center Street. By 2040, stations with more than 50,000 passengers per day will have full-screen platform doors, and other stations will have movable platform doors.

Station name signs, passage guides, etc. at each station are written in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean. In-car announcements will also be made in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean at transfer stations and stations near sightseeing spots.

Multilingualization of station staff

Each station has one staff member who can speak English, Chinese, and Korean.
