　Proposal for local improvement of Su-15 on the European frontline before the Op.Cherry Blossom.

▼Entry Eligibility
　・Able to work based on Japan time.
　・Able to communicate in Japanese.
　　*As for the group, at least one person has to have Japanese communication ability.
　・A person or a group that has not won in the past TSF competition.

　Individual or group.
　(In the case of group application, it is necessary to prepare a "distribution ratio agreement at the time of formalization")

▼TSF Requirements
　・Assumed time period: Before the Op. Cherry Blossom
　・Target ：European frontline governments or evacuated governments which are unable to deploy F-15 due to the economic scale.
　・Proposal：A proposal for local improvement variant of Su-15, a cost-effective selection to take the place of the first-generation TSF (F-5, etc.).

▼Submission requirements (Required this set for each entry)

　1.【The image of the TSF】
　・PSD (file with integrated layers) and JPEG file format.
　・Resolution : 350dpi
　・Image Size : 5,000pixel x 5,000pixel

　2.【Description of the TSF】

　・Word or txt file format

　3.【Document of agreement】(Required for pair and group)

　・ Document of the signed agreement for the reward distribution ratio if the TSF becomes official.
　　※Required PDF file format.

▼ Submission method
　Create a zip file summarizing the submissions from 1 to 3 above and submit it by driect mail to Discord's モンキーチョップ先生 (monkeychop # 8497).

　(The Zip file should be saved on Windows to prevent garbled characters)
　* When the file size is large
　If necessary, upload it to an external file transfer service such as GigaFile(ギガファイル便 https://gigafile.nu/) and submit the download URL by DM.

[m-ATSF project (improvement of Su-15) Precautions regarding application]

■Quality line of the TSF images.
　Rough illustrations are acceptable as long as they meet the above requirements.　
　The quality of images is not required.
　→However, since there may be an impact on the number of votes received, every applicant should take this into consideration.

■Important Points to Note
　・The proposal must be original and not infringe on the rights of others.
　・The illustrations and designs must be original and not infringe on the rights of others.
　・The final goal of the project must be to create a work of art similar to an AVG.
　・The applicant agrees that the design and the setting of the TSF will belong to the publisher when it is made official.
　・No guarantee that the work will be made official.
　・If purchase if considered and the official price is agreed, the delivery will be based on the official standard.
　・The official purchase price is per work, so the distribution will be made from the total amount of the official purchase price.
　・The ratio of distribution will be established and announced in advance (date to be announced is yet to be determined).
　・The price for purchasing the rights, not the price for individual work such as illustration production costs.
　・When the work is made official, the illustrator's name will be listed in the staff credits.

■Supplemental information
　・If you can only write text, you can find an illustrator and apply as a pair.
　・Collaboration with illustrators outside this community is also acceptable.
　・If you have any questions about pairings or TSF, please use 戦術機開発局『冥王計画』channel.
■Note
　・If you have not fulfil all of minimum requirements, you will be disqualified.
　・If you disclose the contents of your application in advance, you will be disqualified immediately.

■Requests to skeb artists and external illustrators (also for internal pairs and teams)
　・The applicant must explain the conditions, rights and intentions of the project to the artist at their own responsibility.
　・The artist and the applicant must submit a document of agreement (PDF) signed and sealed by both parties to the competition.
　　→The applicant and the artist must sign and seal the agreement document (PDF).
　・The purpose of the agreement document is to ensure that the parties' promises are not made verbally.
　・The agreement is a starting point for everyone to discuss and resolve any disputes that may arise.
　・It is up to the parties to decide whether or not to use their real name in the signature.
