GLOBAL RULES
1) Only official Japanese and European versions are allowed.
2) Turbo is banned.
EMULATOR RULES
1) ZSNES (all versions) and SNES9X (1.43, 1.51 and below) are banned.
2) Emulator specific functionality is banned (e.g. save states, binding multiple   keys, etc).
3) Only one action can be mapped to any given button. For example you cannot bind Up and Right to the same button.
CATEGORY RULES
1) Timing starts on pressing "start" after choosing Ark's name on file select and ends when the music stops on the last hit on Dark Gaia
