概要

SCP-990は通常、冷戦時代のビジネススーツを着た成人男性の見た目をしていて財団職員の夢を通じて現れます。これまで財団職員はSCP-990と現実世界で接触できていません。もし彼が実在する人物だとしても、我々はまだ彼を見つけていません。現在、財団職員以外の人物の夢にSCP-990が現れたとの報告はあがっていません。
多くの他のエージェントも、SCP-990の特徴に一致する人物の夢を見たことを報告しました。
ゲーム内では
SCP-990はローディング画面に表示され、夢を見ているかのようにプレイヤーに話しかけます。
990の記事の抜粋の代わりに、漠然としたメッセージやランダムな文字のヒントが表示されます。
