使用感としてはやはり高防御力や素のHeaby Armor持ちユニットに対しての付与を行いたい。
特にHeaby Armor+2ともなれば、低攻撃力のユニットに対して強力な壁として機能できる。

The Soviet Union design and production philosophy was to focus on quantity rather than quality. As an example, Soviet designers were very much aware that the T-34 tank had several design deficiencies, but rather than addressing the problem and slowing down production while they were at it, it was decided to mass produce them in such a high quantity that they could be replaced whenever needed. The only change made in the T-34 production line was conducted in order to make the manufacturing easier and cheaper. The initial cost of producing a T-34 tank went from 269,500 rubles in 1941 to 135,000 rubles in 1943.
