ユニット以外のカードを持たない場合は非常にありがたいが、Soviet Union自体は多種のOrderを持ち味としている。
Soviet Unionを同盟国として選択した際に活きるカードだろう。
アメリカのSUPPLY CHAINと組み合わされて活躍したが、当のSUPPLY CHAINが大幅に下方修正されたため、現在はあまり採用されていない。

After the United States, the Soviet Union was the second largest manufacturer during WWII, spending a total of 56.6 billion dollars on military productions. In total they manufactured 238,582 aircraft, 316,869 tanks, SPGs and other vehicles, 716,948 artillery pieces and mortars, 7,477,400 heavy and sub-machine guns. Most of their production efforts were focused on land and air warfare and not so much naval warfare. Only a couple of battleships and cruisers were built, as well as 25 destroyers and 52 submarines.
