・Unique Property

Summon a Fetish Sycophant when you hit with a Mana spender.

Mana消費スキルが敵に命中した時、Fetish Sycophantを召喚する。
Mana消費スキルが前提となっているが、内部設定が基本スキル(ルーン無し状態)でのマナ消費スキルになっているようで、
Mana cost無し、cooldownのみのルーンで使用しても発動する。

ちなみにこのBeltを使う時はPassive skillのFetish Sycophantsをセットする必要はないので、
別のスキルをセットしよう。
