you Blind an enemy.

敵をBlind状態にした際に、4–6%の確率でNephalem Glory globeが出現する。

出現確率は最大で6.0%とやや低めだが、
確定で敵をBlindにする方法を持っているキャラなら活用できるかもしれない。
Critical Hit Chanceも標準で付属しており、
ランダムで攻撃向きのプロパティを引けば素の性能もなかなか。
