cooldown on Teleport.

ダメージを受けた時、15–20%の確率で、Teleportのcooldownをリセットする。

ユニークプロパティの他に、Teleport自体のcooldownも短縮できる為、
飛び回りたいWizにぴったりな一品。
但し、Aether Walkerを同時に装備した際には、これらの特性は全く活かせなくなる点に注意。
