These bracers were first worn in the distant past by members of the Partha Guard. Though musty from age, they retain power that has protected the city for centuries.

この小手は、遠い過去においてPartha Guardの者達が最初に身に着けていた物である。
年代物で古臭くはあるが、これは何世紀もの間都市を護ってきた力を持っている。

解説・用途

・Unique Property

Each stunned enemy within 25 yards reduces your
damage taken by 9–12%.

25yard内でスタンしている敵の数だけ、受けるダメージが9–12%減少する。

説明にはないが、凍結でも同効果を得られる。（過去情報です。現行のパッチでFreezeで効果が発動するかどうかは常にチェックしてください！）
スタンしている敵の数だけ効果は累積するが、
減少するダメージ量は加算ではなく乗算で増えていく事に注意。
また、範囲内で敵がスタン・凍結していれば効果がある為、
効果を与えるのが自分であるか、他メンバーであるかは関係ない。
