The Peace Warder Radaugh was a singular being who had the powers of time itself at his command. Unfortunately, this frequently left him in a befuddled state, allowing the upstart cultist Vess to kill him and take the prized Crown of the Primus for his own.

解説・用途

・Unique Property

Slow Time gains the effect of every rune except Point of No Return and permanently follows you.

Slow Timeが Point of No Return を除く全てのルーンの効果を得る。プレイヤーを中心に展開したまま永続して追随する。

patch2.7.4(Season27)にて強化。後半のSlow Timeがプレイヤーに追従する効果が追加された。
ただし後半部分はプレイヤーがSkill BarにSlow Timeを実装していることが条件。
Delsere's Magnum Opusと併用する際にSlow Timeを実装せずセット効果の自動発生だけを利用する場合、プレイヤー本体を包む常駐バブルは発生しないので要注意。

除外されたルーンだが、プレイヤーが Point of No Return のルーンを設定すれば結局全て発動する。
Point of No Return が除外された理由はこのルーンがStun発生効果であり、CCがプレイヤーの操作以外で自動発生すると敵のCCレジストが計算外に上昇してしまうことの対策と思われる。
本件はSeason22のShadow CloneがCCを使うことによる問題がPTRのフィードバックで報告されて以降、割りと慎重に調整されている。

• Slow Time がプレイヤーに追従する効果は Mirror Image の分身にも発現するので、併用すると Delsere's Magnum Opus 無しでも広範囲に展開できますね。 -- 2023-03-22 (水) 19:26:32
