解説・用途

・Unique Property

While Steed Charge is active, Fist of the Heavens deals increased damage equal to your movement speed, and is automatically called down on a random nearby enemy at an interval based on your attack speed if it is on your action bar.

Steed Chargeがactiveの間、Fist of the Heavensは装備者のMovement Speedに等しい値(パーセンテージ)のダメージが増加し、付近のランダムな敵に自動的に降り注ぐ。
自動発射のFist of the Heavensの間隔は装備者のAttack Speedに依存する。
この効果は、装備者がFist of the Heavensをスキルバーに実装している場合のみ有効。

patch2.7.6(Season29)にてLegendary Power追加。
Season27のSeasonal ThemeであるSanctified Powerの一つ、Sanctified Fist of the Heavensが少し姿を変えて復活。
前半のMovement Speedで威力が上がる部分は特に装備を用意しなくてもLaws of Hope/Wings of Angelsで気軽に稼ぐことが出来る。
Belt of the Troveによる自動攻撃に近いLegendary Powerだが、こちらはスキルバーにFoHを実装している必要がある。
Season29登場の"SSF(Solo Self Found) Mode"のためにCrusaderに与えられた高速Farm手段だが、工夫次第ではこれを利用したビルドでPushingも可能。

このアイテムはpatch2.7.5以前にはLegendary Powerこそ無いものの、Beltには本来rollしないCooldown Reductionが確定rollする特徴があった。この部分はpatch2.7.6以降も健在。
恐らくCrusaderのSmart Loot対象アイテムにこそなったもののCrusader専用アイテムではないため、patch2.7.6以降もTemplerのCooldown Reduction稼ぎのために使うことは引き続き可能。
