■注意点(概要）：
・オーストラリア鯖なので参加は無理そう。とりあえずping値みてきます.
・ping200~300ぐらいなのでランクマッチとかはやめておいたほうがいいかも。。

◇参戦方法
・聞くだけでもいいので、参加するチームのボイスチャット（ＲＥＤかＢＬＵＥ）に入っておく
　・!add で待機、!rで準備状態であとは自動でボイチャごと割り振られる模様
・ゲーム開始前に準備できてる場合は、コマンドを使用する必要がある
（ 「!ready」 か、「!r」と入力する）
・キューを要求されたら、５分以内に参加しないと罰せられる？
・レーティング機能：試合での勝ち負けや、チーム内の順位でポイント付与？＜チャンネル内に自動計算BOT

Bot Commands:

!playerinfo <KAGUsername/@User/DiscordUsername/GuildDisplayName> - check the information stored in the database for the specified player
!status - 現在（最近）プレイ中のゲームの状態を確認する。残りチケット数など
Server Commands:
!ready/!r - sets player as ready to start the game, when all players are ready map will be restarted and round will be live
!unready/!u/!ur - sets player as no longer ready to start the game
!restart - adds a vote to restart the current live round
!whoready/!wr/!who_ready - returns a list of players who are ready
!whonotready/!wnr/!who_not_ready - checks the current list of ready players against the player list given by the IRC bot (if no list given by bot uses players currently in a team instead)
!score - returns the current match score N/A
!teams - returns the current players and teams as set by the IRC bot
!team - returns the team the IRC bot put you on
!veto - add veto vote to skip current map
!rsub [playerName] - if no name given, requests a sub for yourself, if name is given it adds a vote to sub that player out (finding and adding a sub is handled by the IRC bot)
!say - send a message to be displayed in IRC
!link <ircname> - link your KAG account with your IRC account Unused
!forceready/!fr - admin only, sets all players as ready and starts live round
!givewin <blue/red/draw> - adds a vote to end round and give win (only available when round is live) (admin completes vote)
!resetscore - adds a vote to reset the current match score (admin completes vote) N/A
!scrambleteams/!scramble - adds a vote to shuffle the team of all players in the game (admin completes vote)
!scramblenotspec - admin only, shuffles the team of all players in the game (excluding players in spectator)
!allspec - admin only, sends all players to spectator
Admin Commands:
!clearqueue - removes everyone in the current queue
!forcerem <@user> - removes the mentioned user(s)
!end - moves all users out of gather team rooms into gather general
!cleargames - clears all currently running games with no stats recorded
!givewin <team> - gives win in current game to specified team, 0=blue, 1=red, -1=draw, -2=no score
!reconnect - disconnects from and reconnects to all kag servers
!start - sends all players in the current game from the general voice channel into team voice channels
!clearsubs - clear all currently open sub positions
