何回かに分かれている。保安官事務所の中などで引き受けるので、
保安官ミッションが全部終わるか時間外にやるといいだろう。
「冷血の暗殺者」のコスチューム条件にもなる。

一回目

子供を攫われたという母親に話を聞く。
首吊り岩の北東にマーカーが出るので、行ってみる。血痕や骨が散らばっているが、子供の姿は発見できない。

二回目

ゲーム時間で数日後、保安官事務所の前で発生。
首吊り岩の近くで妻を攫われたという男の話を聞く。
前回行った場所を調べると、またも血痕やパーツなどが散らばっているが、姿は発見出来ない。

三回目

アルマジロの保安官事務所でまたまた発生。
夫が行方不明だと言う女の話を聞く。
毎度の場所を調べると、今回は足をケガしたという男が居て、犯人をつかまえてくれと頼まれる。
すぐ近くにいる犯人に投げ縄を使い、縛り上げて男の元へ連れていく。

だがどうやら、足を折られた男は食人鬼だったらしい。
付き合ってられない感じだが、食人鬼を投げ縄で縛るか、馬に乗って立ち去ろう。

Objectives
A woman at the Armadillo sheriff's office said her son went missing in the hills by Hanging Rock. Go and search for him.
You discovered signs of violence out by Hanging Rock. There was no conclusive evidence of the child's whereabouts.
A man sitting outside the Armadillo's office said his wife went out to pick mushrooms near Hanging Rock and has not returned. Search the hills for her.
There was no evidence of the wife's whereabouts in the hills near Hanging Rock.
Another woman has lost a loved more in the hills near Hanging Rock. Search the area for clues about her husband.
There is an injured man in the hills near where everyone has gone missing. He claims he was attacked and wants you to bring his attacker back so he can identify him.

John : Who is?
男 : My wife! She's gone.
男 : She's went pit picking mushrooms in the hills near Hanging Rock, and they got her. The stories are true.
John : What the police do about it?
男 : About as much as you'd expect. Made me fill out a form.
男 : Beryl ain't strong, but she's a good girl.
John : I'll see what I can do.

男 : あんたの予想通りさ。俺に書類に必要な情報を書いて提出しろなんてぬかしやがった。
男 : Berylは強くない、けど彼女はとってもいい女なんだ。
John : 出来る限りのことはしてみよう。

女 : My husband's missing. These bastards won't do anything.
女 : But he's a good man. He don't drink nor lay with whores.
女 : And he's down, he's been missing for three days.
John : Let me guess, he went missing up in the hills?
女 : How did you know, mister?
John : Just a guess.
John : I'll find him. I'll bring him back to you, but people seem to go missing up there.
女 : Oh, my God! If he's gone then what'll I do?
女 : We ain't got much money and I'm in the family way again.
John : As I said, I'll do what I can.

John : I'll find him. I'll bring him back this way.
男1 : Thank you, mister.

Hogtie the attacker and bring him back to the injured man.

男2 : What's wrong with you?
男2 : Why won't you people just leave me alone?

Info : Catch the assailant and bring him back to the man.

男2 : Don't take me back to that man.
男2 : Please! I'll do anything.
男2 : This is a nightmare!

Info : Drop the hogtied assailant by the injured man.

男2 : Oh my good lord, please get that man away from me.
男1 : Hey, fella.
John : You broke this poor fool's leg, mister.
男2 : This maniac tried to eat me.
男1 : We've got cannibals in these here hills.
男2 : Please, help me! Please!
男1 : Fella's got to eat now. Fella's got to eat.
男2 : Save me from this freak, please... please!
