JUSTICE IN PIKE'S BASIN

パイクズ・ベイスンの制裁

再びアルマジロ保安官詰所を訪れたマーストンはそこで奇妙な光景を目にする。
「もしもし？こちらアルマジロ…」
一人芝居をしているように見えたジョンソン保安官は、実は『電話』を使った外部との交信を図っていたのだ。
世界がみるみる小さくなっていく中、旧世界の置き土産のような事件がニュー・オースティンを襲う。
保安官代理が言うには、パイクズ・ベイスンにて家畜泥棒が目撃されたという。

ミッションフローチャート

パイクズ・ベイスンにいる牛泥棒のボラード・ギャングを殲滅しにいく。
事前に弾薬を多く持てる弾帯や、ライフルの上位品種のウィンチェスター・リピーターなどを購入しておきたい。
ただし、ウィンチェスター・リピーターは後のミッションで無料入手できる。
馬に乗り、保安官一同と共にパイクズ・ベイスンの峡谷に向かう。馬を下りて峡谷の中へ。
ボラード・ギャング達と戦闘に入る。右ルートはジョンソン保安官と、左ルートは助手二人と同行する。
道中では岩などにカバーし、リピーターでヘッドショットを狙うと上手く行きやすい。
キャンプにはボックスが置いてあり、悪党の死体を調べて小銭や弾薬を手に入れられる。
しばらく進んでいると合流、谷間にいるギャング達を全滅させるとクリア。

ウェスト・ディケンズのミッションOLD SWINDLER BLUES（詐欺師のブルース）が解放される。
崖を登ってマクファーレン牧場に戻り、テントを使ってワープするといいだろう。
