2017年登場のTrain Simulator 2018で初収録。当初はTS2018本体バンドルのみに付属していたが、2018年10月19日に単体配信が開始された。本アドオンに収録の221形はヴァージン・トレインズ社の商標許諾を得た最初の車両である。本アドオン以降ヴァージンの車両を収録したアドオンが配信され始めている。
