アクション取得条件以外とくに効果は無いみたいなので
使いたいアクションの取得値まで振ればよい。
3種類の範囲バフはどれかひとつしか発動できず、Onにしたらずっと効果が続く。
複数人が同じものを使っても効果は重複しないが、別のものは発動できるらしい。

範囲内の仲間のクリティカル率とスタミナ回復を上昇する。代わりにranged/melee defenseが下がる。
