One of the SLAs best officers is going to visit the Vida hotel near Vallejo. Go there and shoot him down.

Plan
We have intercepted some news over the radio. One of the SLAs best officers will be transported to the Vida hotel near the town of Vallejo, where he will prepare the tactics for their next attack against us. Your task will be to sneak through the guarding camps around the hotel and hide yourself in a position where you will be able to observe the hotel. Once the officer arrives, let him go into the hotel. If you shoot him before he has entered the hotel, you will probably have no chance to reach your extraction point alive. The officers' hotel room is located on the North facing side of the building, so get yourself into the best shooting position and once he is visible through the window or perhaps steps out onto the balcony, shoot that SLA scum down and run to the extraction point. Be precise in your actions, if you succeed the shit is going to hit the fan immediately.
敵の無線通信から、最新の情報を傍受した。SLAの最上級将校の一人が、次の攻撃作戦準備のため、Vallejoの町の近くにあるVida hotelへと送られて来るらしい。
君の任務はホテル周辺の警戒キャンプをすり抜けて、ホテルが目視観測出来る位置へと潜伏することである。将校が到着してもすぐには手を出さず、いったん奴をホテルの中へと入れろ。ホテルに入る前に銃撃を加えた場合、君が生きて撤収ポイントに辿り着ける見込みは無くなるだろう。
将校の部屋はホテルの北側に面している。最適な射撃位置を確保しろ。窓越しに将校の姿を捉えるか、あるいは将校がバルコニーに出た瞬間にSLAの屑野郎を射殺し、そのまま撤収ポイントへと走れ。くれぐれも行動は慎重に。君が任務に成功すれば、敵の糞どもはすぐでもに混乱状態に陥るだろう。
・You'll start near the Valle Azul.
・Use stealth tactics to approach the hotel.
・Wait for the enemy officer arrives.
・Shoot down the officer in his room.
・Return to the extraction point.
・任務はValle Azulの近くから始まる。
・潜行技術を駆使して、ホテルに接近する。
・敵将校の到着を待つ。
・ホテルの部屋に入った敵将校を射殺する。
・撤収ポイントまで後退する。
Notes
Make sure you aren't detected, that will abort the mission, because the enemy officer and his guards will be instantly alerted by radio.
作戦を断念しなくて済むよう、くれぐれも敵には発見されるな。発見されれば将校とその護衛部隊に対し、無線で即座に警報が伝わるだろう。
