Start Up

What to do

• Train your play skill and increase your might, so that you can defeat opponents who you couldn’t defeat before.
• Battle, battle, and battle to raise Silver. Whether you win or lose, you receive basically the same rewards so don’t care about win/lose too much.
• You receive silver based on your score at a battlefield that changes every six hours. So deploy at least once at as many battlefields as possible.
• Upgrade priority in the early stage: Fiefdom ≧ Chest and Market (Facilities) = Lodgings (War Reserve) >>> Gears. You may not want to refine gears in the early stage.
• During the Chest boost and Mystical chest events, redraw till you get Magical, Golden, or Mystical chests. Open as many chests as possible during the event.

tips
Collect normal chest tickets everyday. You can receive up to four tickets per day: 1 at fish market, 2 as a daily quest reward (PvP custom battle), and 1 as Feud reward against one of the top 10 clans.

What not to do

• The best way to spend gold is for the stuff around the chests, unless you have a specific purpose.
• There is nothing that you should hurry to buy at the shop (even if it says “limited”).
• Do not salvage Epic (blue) gears and Lionfell (red). See Gear Guide?.
• Do not refine gears while you don’t know what to do.
• Do not rank up heroes (while you don’t know what to do).
• Do not spend silver at tavern to increase the success rate for Rank I and II heroes.

Items

• Chest tickets and Fortune cards: You can use them whenever you want. Or you can save them for the events that boost chests and high rank heroes.
• Training tombs: You need many for skill transfer (at a much later stage). If you want to use them for JP, use Tomb I or III that you can grind to some extent.

JP

Points needed to acquire and upgrade passive skills. A hero receives 1JP if (s)he is deployed in a battle you won (regardless entered to the field or not). Extra 1JP goes to a hero you favor at the end of the battle. JP is tied-up to each hero and not shared in the whole team, so you don't need to care about it too much in the early stage because you hire and dismiss heroes frequently.

Spending real money

There are special packs only available for the first seven days. Most effective ways to use paid gold is to purchase the auto chest unlock (active for 30days) and the chest tickets.

Purchasing a few high rank heroes and/or refined gears would not make much difference. In this game, spending real money increases the speed of getting stronger by letting you open lots of chests (to collect gears and Luck).
