本来ベルトにはつかないASIがつくことが最大にして唯一の特長。
あとは3枠のランダムプロパティがこのベルトの価値を左右する。
メインステータス（Str/Dex/Int）+ Vitを軸に、
All Resistあたりを狙うのが順当か。
