Black Holeを受けた敵は、3秒間60–80%移動速度が低下するSlow状態を受ける。

Black Holeに相当量のSlowを付加する事実上Wizard専用ベルト。
吸い込んだまま殺しきれなかったEliteなどから距離を取る時間を稼いでくれるが、
正直言って他につけたいベルトが山ほどある中で、どうしてこれを装備するだろう……？
